Score Perusals and Rental Contracts

OPAS administers the borrowing (Perusal section) and rental (Rental Contracts section) of musical scores with ease and efficiency.  You can indicate the specific publication and score edition that is obtained, track the whereabouts, arrival and shipping dates, rental and shipping costs, and more.

The Rental Contracts area (shown here) also allows you to specify the exact performances for which a score is rented, track costs and score whereabouts, and to print rental contracts directly from OPAS.  Document linking features also enables you to keep a complete correspondence history. OPAS comes with a wide variety of score rental summaries, fee analysis, quote request and rental request letters. Rental Contracts are also automatically cross-referenced against the concerts to which they pertain. This gives you a comprehensive history of which scores were used for each performance.
