Searches and Filters

OPAS provides a variety of means and methods to search the database and find information that meets virtually any variety of criteria.

Search capabilities are built into the normal operation of the program itself, making it easy and intuitive to find information from any spot in the program.

Powerful filtering operations allow to you pare down information and "step forward" and "step back" from within searches.

Advanced Search capabilities incorporate any combination of fields from all the different database tables.  Searches can be saved, named and imported and exported from OPAS - Technical Support is happy to provide and email any customized searches you may require.

AskOPAS is a new search utility that puts a 'plan language' interface on the OPAS Advanced Search and makes it easy to ask complex questions about performance history, compositions and artists. More about AskOPAS can be found here.
