Prints a quick list of Date / Project / Venue and Conductor for performances |

Click here and save the file to your hard drive. Extract the files to the OPAS\REPORT folder on your server (not the REPORT_ART folder) |

To run the report |
In the Dates area of OPAS, use any combination or method of search techniques to isolate a set of activities within a date range up to and including a season. With the activities showing on the List screen, click the Report icon and choose the Performance Overview . Then click the Preview button. |

Revisions / Notes |
Because this is an internal OPAS report, it cannot be edited once run. However, if you have the necessary drivers, you can print the report to an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file.

Repertoire List - Grouped by Composer |
|
Description |
For the activities you select, the report provides a concise list of repertoire, grouped by composer. Suitable for a single or multiple seasons. The report shows work performance title, season / project, conductor / soloist and the first performance / total number of performances. |

Click here and save the file to your hard drive. Unzip it to the OPAS\REPORT_ART folder on your server. Restart OPAS on your own PC to see the report (there is no need to restart the server). |

To run the report |
In the Dates area of OPAS, filter to any season or set of seasons. You can further search by project, ensemble, conductor, etc. With the activities showing on the List screen, click the Report icon and choose the Repertoire List - grouped by Composer . Then click the Preview button. |

Season Artist List with Contact Information - Name Sorted |

Description |
For any concert season, the report shows all soloists and conductors with agent contact info., performance dates and repertoire. Artists are sorted by last name; soloists appear at the top of the report, followed by conductors. This report can be run for a whole season, or a portion thereof (all subscription concerts, all pops, all family, etc.) |

Download this file and extract (unzip) it to the OPAS\REPORT_ART folder on your Server (nothing is installed on your PC). Restart OPAS on your own PC (there is no need to restart the server). |

Description |
For any concert season, the report shows all soloists and conductors, grouped by the Agencies or Managements that represent them. Contact, Project and Repertoire data is shown. Those artists who do not have representation appear at the end of the report with home contact info (address & phone number). |
