Description |
This report produces a list of compositions including total work duration, woodwind and brass doublings (2[1,2/P] 2[1/EH] 2 2), and complete lists of Solo, Percussion, Keyboard, Extra and Vocal instruments used. |

To run the report |
In the WORKS area of OPAS, use any combination of filters and/or searches to produce a list of compositions. With the works showing on the List screen of the works area, click the Report icon and choose Work List (with Specified Doublings and Detailed Inst) |

Description |
This report produces a list of compositions sorted first by Print Title and then by composer. This is used primarily for Pops, Traditional or Folk repertoire that may have unknown or anonymous composers |

|
Description |
Prints a simple list of compositions being performed in any given date range (typically a full concert season). Works are grouped by composer, include conductor and soloist, and performance date(s). |

To run the report |
In the Dates area of OPAS, use any combination of filter or search techniques to reveal a selection of activities. This is typically a full season and can also be filtered for only classical concerts, only Pops, etc. You can even run the report for more than one season at a time From the List screen, click the Report icon and select "Season Works List with Soloist". Click Preview |

Description |

Description |
For any number or combination of conductors, the report shows all works performed by the conductor. Works are organized by composer, and each performance group by the conductor is indicated. For each, the season, project, performance date(s) and soloist(s) are shown |

Description |
For any number or combination of compositions, the report shows the performance history of each work in reverse chronological order. Works are grouped first by composer, and then within each Project and Season. Each group of performances shows the date range, Project, venue, conductor and where applicable, soloist(s). The total number of performances for each work is shown. |

In the Dates area of OPAS, use any combination of filter or search techniques to view a set of activities (typically by one conductor, but you can also run the report for several conductors at once). The Dates area of OPAS is used for this report so you can restrict the report to certain Projects (only Subscription concerts for example), Venues, or other criteria. From the List screen, click the Report icon and select Conductor Repertoire List (either the Detail or Summary option) . Click Preview |

Performance History - 5- Year Overview (with and without Project indication) |

Description |
For any number or combination of compositions, the report shows a simple performance history grid indicating if the work has been performed in any of the past five seasons. Next season is also included for reference. There are 2 versions of the report - one uses a simple dot to indicate performance, and the other prints the Project code(s) of performances. |
