Address Labels: Avery 5160 / 5161 / 5162 / format

Description

These reports print any number of Address Book entries (names and addresses) in Avery mailing label formats:

  • 5160 format (30 labels per page; each label 1 x 2.63 inches)
  • 5161 format (20 labels per page; each label 1 x 4 inches)
  • 5162 format (14 labels per page; each label 1.33 x 4 inches)
  • 5164 format (6 labels per page; each label 3.33 x 4 inches / shipping labels)

Download any of the 5160, 5161, 5162, 5164 files and extract (unzip) it to the OPAS\REPORT_ART folder on your Server (nothing is installed on your PC). Restart OPAS on your own PC (there is no need to restart the server).

Revisions / Notes

Other formats as well as layout options (font, etc.) can easily be adapted. Contact Technical Support for help.

To run the report

In any of the OPAS Address Book or Artist areas, select any number or combination of people, ensembles and/or businesses. From the List screen, click the report icon and choose the desired format. Click the Preview button.

Artist Performance History Overview

Description

Displays performance and repertoire history for the Conductors/Soloists you select. Indicates the Project, first performance, conductor and repertoire performed.

Download this file and extract (unzip) it to the OPAS\REPORT_ART folder on your Server (nothing is installed on your PC). Restart OPAS on your own PC (there is no need to restart the server).

To run the report

In the Address Book or Artists area of OPAS, use any combination or method of search techniques to isolate a set of performers - soloists, conductors and/or ensembles. You can have any number of Artists, but keep in mind that if your set of artists is likely to return several hundred performance records, the report can take a while to run.

With the desired Artists displayed on the List screen, click the Report icon (or press the F4 key on your keyboard). Select Artist Performance History Overview

Revisions / Notes

Can be adapted to include venue and other pertinent data.

Season Artist Summary

Description

Prints a one-page roster of all Conductors and Soloists appearing in the time period you specify (typically a Season). The report indicates the Project on which the artist appears and whether or not he/she is a member of your orchestra. Artists are grouped by Instrument

To run the report

In the DATES area of OPAS, use any search or filter techniques to produce a list of activities up to and including an entire season.

With the activities showing on the List screen, click the Report icon (or press F4 on your keyboard) and select Season Artist Summary. Click the Preview button.

Revisions, Notes or Comments

The report can be easily modified to include Other Participants or other date information. Keep in mind that the report will run for whatever activities are showing on the Dates List screen - as such, the report can be run for (for example) only Pops Concerts, only Tour Concerts, only Educational Concerts, etc.

Artist Performance History - Full Program

Description

Displays performance and repertoire history for the Artist (or Artists) you select. Indicates the Project, first performance, and number of performances. The report indicates the Artist's role or function in the concerts (piano soloist, conductor, narrator, etc.). 

For each concert, the full program is given -- those works on which the artist performed (when the artist was a soloist) and the other works as well.

Conductor | Soloist Performance History

Description

Intended either for artistic planning or archival reporting, this document indicates the "Soloists who have appeared with these Conductors".  It includes Project, Season and Repertoire.

This reports also comes in a "for the last five years" version if you've selected a conductor for whom you have a great deal of performance history (such as your music director) and you only want to see the recent past for the purposes of artistic planning

  • FOXPRO (standard OPAS) USERS right-click here and select "Save Target as..." or "Save as..". Save the report to your hard drive.

  • SQL-SERVER USERS right-click  here and "Save Target as..." or "Save as.." to your hard drive.

To run the report

In the ARTISTS area of OPAS, use any search or filter techniques (see Chapters 20 & 21 of the OPAS Manual for more information) to produce a list of conductors - you can have as many or as few as you like.

With the conductors showing on the List screen, click the Report icon (or press F4 on your keyboard) and select Conductor | Soloist Perf. Hist. Click the Preview button.

When the report is finished, click Open.

Revisions, Notes or Comments

The report can be easily modified to include other performance data such as Series, Venue, etc.  We can also modify it to exclude specific Projects (such as Pops or Education concerts).

It's also possible to include Contract information such as fee, agent, etc.
