OPAS Version 9
Customizable Screens
OPAS 9 will give you more control over major program area screens. You'll be able to decide what Tabs you want to see in each program area, and in what order. You can even remove tabs you don't want to see.
Using configuration screens, you can decide which fields and grids appear on which tabs, and in which order.
For example, you could set up the Address Book so that for businesses, you see the company’s name followed by the phone numbers, staff (moved over from the Contacts / Agents screen where it currently resides) and then the physical address:
However, for Artists, you can re-arrange the Address Book so you see the name, followed by instrument and agent (also moved over from the Contacts / Agents tab where it currently resides):
Fine Arts Software will pre-configure most screens prior to the release of OPAS 9, and you can export / import screen settings between users.
