OPAS Version 9
The Works area
Overview - Major Changes
The Works areas of OPAS features re-designed screens, but no major changes in functionality. The number and order of screens has been kept the same
Works Area
The Main screen keeps the critical Composer, Title and Arrangement information at the top. Movements have been moved closer to the top of the screen, and Additional Composers have been moved from the old Additional Data screen to the Main screen:

Scrolling down to the bottom of the Main screen reveals the Notes field and other data fields that are used less often, but still important for record-keeping and searching:

The Instrumentation screen screen rearranges the instrument fields so that winds/brass run down the left column and other fields on the right. Grids are placed below the Instrumentation 'block' and srolling down would reveal the Chorus grid:
The Additional Data screen retains its original functionality although the Additional Composers screen has been moved over to the Main screen (for closer proximity to the primary composer). Grids and fields have been rearranged so similar items are better grouped:

Scrolling down reveals the Performance Rights grid and checkboxes used for data integration and identifying the composition:

While the Publication and Library areas will also offer redesigned screens, the grids represented by these areas are unchanged:

Likewise, no changes have been made to the Perfomrance History, To-Do List and Documents screens, although the "To-Do List" list is likely to be renamed "Checklist"
