OPAS contains a program area dedicated to Marketing and Ticket sales information for all activities in the OPAS database.
This marketing area is integrated with the Dates area, so no concert information ever needs to be re-keyed. Ticket Categories are created and assigned to concerts and sales information (both the number of tickets sold and the ticket income) for each category can then be recorded. OAPS automatically calculates the occupancy percentage for each concert, and the gross box office receipts. The marketing area also features customizable data fields and document linking.
Ticket income from this Marketing area can be incorporated with financial data from the Expenses area to produce Proft/Loss reports for each project and concert.
Historic ticket information can be directly imported from your existing Box Office system, and Scheduling information from OPAS can be exported to your Box Office system. Contact Fine Arts Software for more information.
