Note: Keep in mind that some of these documents include technical instructions - these should not be carried out except as directed by your IT department. Feel free to contact OPAS technical support if you have any questions.

Each document is in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format and opens in a new window (Opens in new window). If you need the (free) Acrobat viewer or "reader", it can be found at the Adobe web site. PDFs can be printed or saved using the icons on the PDF toolbar.

Installation instructions - Install OPAS on a Server and Workstations (individual computers). Note that these instructions assume that you will employ a configuration in which the OPAS executable (the OPAS program itself) is installed on each workstation and only the OPAS Database, User settings and other shared resources are on the server. This is a typical OPAS workstation installation configuration. Also note that these instructions are for OPAS itself; you will likely also install a database, reports and other files that have been assembled for your organization. Contact OPAS Technical Support for more information.

Workstation Installation - Install OPAS on a computer in your office when the OPAS executable (the OPAS program itself) is installed on each workstation and only the OPAS Database, User settings and other shared resources are on the server. This is a typical OPAS workstation installation configuration.

OPAS Manual - this is the original 500+ page manual in PDF format (10+MB). While complete, it was written for version 7.10 and does not contain all features of OPAS in versions above 7.10.  For a complete "manual", we recommend downloading this manual with the update guide below - this will provide the most comprehensive documentation
