  • Drag-and-drop activities to quickly reararrange and build your schedule
  • Quickly cut / copy / paste activities or entire project sets
  • Print schedules
  • Float your mouse over activities to see full details 'pop-up'
  • Easily drill-down to see and enter event details
  • Filter the calendar to show only activities that meet the criteria you dictate.

The Calendar is fully integrated with all other program areas - double-clicking any activity opens it in the DATES area.

OPAS can print schedules and calendars in a wide variety of formats directly to Microsoft Word. Specialized reports can also be used to import OPAS schedule data to Microsoft Outlook, Calendar Creator Plus and other programs.

In the week and day calendar views you can:

- drag and drop activities to a new day
- CTRL+drag to copy activties to a new day
- drag the top or bottom border of any event to move the start and end times and quickly change the duration of any activity.
