OPAS
The Orchestra Planning and Administration System

Contracts

You can eaily create complete performance contracts for each Guest Artist or Conductor who appears with your orchestra.  Contracts can be assembled for any combination of rehearsals and performances within a Season.  Performance fees, travel expenses, per diem, or other fee items can be allocated in any combination.  Special contract clauses or notes can also be stored. In addition, complete artist itineraries can be included with the contract and printed in a wide variety of formats.  Data in the OPAS Contracts area makes it easy to view and print fee history reports for any combination of seasons, artists, activities, etc. You can even create contracts for piano tuners, hotels, bus companies or any other entity in the OPAS database.

OPAS integrates contracts with all other areas of the program so that when you select an artist, his or her manager is automatically selected. Rehearsals and concerts are drawn from your orchestras schedules making it easy to include repertoire and performance information on contracts.

Print Artist contracts and itineraries directly from OPAS.  You can use one of the many pre-existing OPAS itinerary templates, or your existing format can be replicated, and the pertinent information is automatically merged from within OPAS. Itineraries can be printed as independent documents or incorporated with contracts.

Aritst itineraries are likewise integrated with contract, scheduling, repertoire and address book information, which means you need only enter data in one place and let OPAS bring everything together.

OPAS also provides a To-Do list for contracts (identical to the one used in other areas of the software).  You can create a log for each contract and quickly see those contracts that are duly executed, those awaiting signature, and the whereabouts of each contract.
