vCal and vCard Exports
Updated
vCalendar and vCard files are
standardized, platform-independent files that contain appointment (vCal) and contact (vCard) information. vCal and vCard files are
structured in such a way that they can be read (imported) by a wide variety of programs, and are used to import information to PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants).
These two new utlities allow you to quickly and easily:
- Pull schedule and musician contact information from OPAS
- Distribute that information to staff, orchestra members, board members, and anyone else you like
- Allow those recipients to import that information to their own PDAs
These utilities are free and available for download on this page. Visit this site for more information regarding vCal and vCard files:

Always check with your IT department before downloading or installing any file from the Internet!
Please contact Fine Arts Software if you have any questions.
