OPAS Online Features

CALENDARS / SCHEDULES

OPAS Online presents interactive monthly, weekly and daily calendars in common formats, populated with activity and reperotire information directly from OPAS. You can customize and personalize the information shown on each screen.

All calendar views...

1. offer links to other views (click a week number for week view, day for day view and month name for the month view)

2. employ navigation calendars

3. offer links to activity details (activity text are hyper links to the activity view)

4. utilize either the same color schemes from OPAS itself, or a rehearsal/concert color scheme created by you.

5. can be filtered to show only specific types of activities

6. print simple overview reports that either open on your computer or can be emailed.

OPAS Online Week View

 "Drilling down" to any activity presents its detail screen where the standard OPAS information - including full program is displayed. You can also view and print simple lists or grids of activiites, defined by search criteria.

ADDRESS BOOK

OPAS Online contains crticial Information from your OPAS Address Book. including Name, Address, Contact Numbers, Address Groups, etc. You can link to web and email addresses, search for entries and print address book directories and lists.

COMPOSITIONS

Search for works in your OPAS database & view basic Composer, Title, duration and other information.

In addition to these primary areas of operation, OPAS Online can be configured to show production data from To-Do Lists, Project data and more
