This function allows you to - from the OPAS Dates area - create any number or combination of Artist Contracts at the same time

Download/Install the Function Files

The Create Contracts data function consists of a set of five files, contained in a self-extracting archive or zip file. Click or Right-click the link to download the self-extracting file to your computer desktop or another convenient location. When you double-click the downloaded ChangeWork.exe file, a window will open that will ask the destination of the five files. Use the Browse button to locate the OPAS\PROGRAM folder on your server and click the large Unzip button at the top right of the window. (note that these files go to the "Program" folder and not the Report_Art folder as do reports) OPAS must be restarted on individual computers in order to see the new data function but you do NOT need to restart the server.

Get the full instructions in PDF format here Summary: In the Contracts area of OPAS, create any number of different artist or conductor contracts. Each screen of the contract can be filled in, using the typical data your contracts use on that screen. Save each of these contracts as a Template with the Title, Number and Code all containing the word 'Template." In the Dates area of OPAS, pull up any number or combination of activities (all classical concerts in a season, for example). Click the Function icon, select the 'Create Contracts' function and click the large Start Function button. Double-click each artist or conductor for whom you wish to create a contract - this will move the selected artist(s) to the right side of the screen. In the upper right-hand corner, select the contract template to use. Click the green OK and a separate artist contract will be created for each Artist/Project you've selected.
