The Change Time function consists of five files. All five files are placed into the same folder: the OPAS\PROGRAM folder on your server (that is, the PROGRAM sub-folder within the main OPAS directory or folder on the Server). As with reports, the files need be placed in that one location only (they don’t need to be copied to local workstations). As with reports, each user of OPAS will need to restart OPAS on his/her computer in order to see the new function. The files are provided in a self-extracting format for easy download. Download this file: And then double-click on the file. You’ll see this screen:
Locate the OPAS\PROGRAM folder on your SERVER, and click the Unzip button.

| RUN THE FUNCTION |
This function is used to change the Start and/or End times of a set of activities. For example, suppose all Tuesday night performances in the season change from 8:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Simply isolate all Tuesday performances in the season so that you are looking at them on the List screen. Click the Function Icon at the top left of the OPAS screen (the little cog wheel), and choose "Change Time" function and click the Start Function button. This window will be displayed. Simply enter the new time you want for either the Start (called Time) and/or End of the selected activities. Click the Change button to specify this time is to change. In the example below, all Start Times for any activity showing on the List screen will be changed to 7:30 PM. No end times will be altered as the Change box is not checked. Click the green OK button to run the function.
