Join or Merge Addresses

Description  

Merges / Joins any two entries in the OPAS Address Book - this function specifically moves all LINKED information (such as performance histories) from one address book entry to another.

Click here to download the required files and save them to your computer

Installation   

Double-click the file you downloaded and extract (unzip) it to the OPAS\PROGRAM folder on the Server. Restart OPAS on your own PC (there is no need to restart the server).

In the Address Book, click the Function icon (far upper left-hand corner) and choose the "Change Links from Source to Target" function.

The function will display a 2-paned window. In the top, select the address book entry from which you wish to move the data links (this is the address book entry that will be deleted). In the bottom window, select the address book entry to which the links will be moved.
